Paul currently sits in the group as the overall chairman and is a senior finance and business management professional providing commercial, financial, and operational oversight across the group and is a Chartered Practicing Accountant (CPA) by profession.

Hiruni Premarathne is a senior finance professional providing financial governance and oversight support to the group. She is a qualified Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management. Hiruni brings multi‑sector experience gained across several organizations.

Indika is the IT guru in the group and currently provide high level consultations to the Commonwealth Government on IT infrastructure projects. He is a graduate from Harvard Medical School in Leading Digital Transformation in Healthcare and Organizational Leadership.

Shakthi is a registered medical practitioner holding Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). She is currently practicing as a general practitioner in Harrington and will act as Group Clinical Director
